2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, placing an order or buying a membership you agree to these Terms, our Statement of Use, Refund Policy and Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Drops and numbered editions
Collections are released as numbered drops with a fixed sales window. Window times are shown in Gulf Standard Time.
Each drop piece is produced in a stated edition size. When the window closes, the drop moves to the Archive and is not remade.
On drop day, access may be managed through a waiting room. Admission order is [RULE — e.g. members first, then queue order].

4. Orders, prices and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation by email.
Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location; you are charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Exchange differences applied by your bank are outside our control.
Taxes, including UAE VAT where applicable, and any import duties for your destination are shown at checkout [or: are payable by the customer on delivery].

Items placed in your bag during a drop are held for 15 minutes. If checkout is not completed in that time, the hold is released.
5. Membership (The Vault)

You can pause, resume or cancel from your account. Cancellation takes effect [at the end of the current billing period].
Benefits include early access, early checkout, members-only pieces including the Mystery Box, free shipping and auto-ship basics, subject to availability and the benefit rules shown in your account.
Mystery Box contents are selected by us and are not chosen by the member.
6. Pre-Owned items
Pre-Owned items are one-of-one pieces sourced from collectors and sold in mint condition as described on each listing. [Authentication process and certificate — to confirm].
7. Delivery

8. Liability

Privacy Statement

3. Why we use it
To process orders and deliveries, run your membership, operate fair drop-day queues and prevent automated or fraudulent purchasing, provide customer care, meet legal and tax obligations, and — with your consent — send marketing and drop alerts. See the Use of Data Policy for detail.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers acting for us: payment and instalment providers, couriers, hosting and database providers, email/SMS providers and analytics tools, plus authorities where required by law. Current list: [PROCESSOR LIST]. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers

3. How refunds are paid

4. Order cancellation

2. Automated decisions

3. Cookies and similar tools

4. AI-assisted content

5. Security

Statement of Use

1. Your account
One account per person. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Information you give us must be accurate.
2. Fair use during drops
No bots, scripts, auto-checkout tools or multiple accounts to gain queue or purchase advantage.
No purchasing for commercial resale [— confirm stance].
We may cancel orders, remove queue places or close accounts that break these rules.
3. Content and intellectual property
The ARRC ATELIER name, marks, designs, photography, films and site code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them without written permission.
4. Prohibited conduct
No unlawful use, fraud, interference with security, reverse engineering, or posting harmful or infringing material.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially at peak drop times. We may change or withdraw features.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email or on-site.
Legal Disclaimer

1. Colour and imagery
We show colours as accurately as possible, but screens vary. 3D models, AR views and AI-assisted imagery are representations; the delivered piece may differ slightly in colour, texture and drape.
2. Edition numbers and stock indicators
Edition sizes, edition numbers, countdown timers and "last few" indicators reflect our live systems at the time shown. Stock can sell out between viewing and checkout.
3. Pre-Owned and third-party brands
ARRC ATELIER is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the original makers of Pre-Owned items unless stated. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the item.
4. Promotions
Discount campaigns and any prize-based promotions run only with the approvals required in the UAE and under their own published terms.
5. No professional advice
Size guides, care notes and editorial content are general information only.
6. Limitation
